• Electronic Measurement Books (eMB)
• Inventory and machinery management
• Workforce and site data records
• Machinery Tracking

Access & Usage

• Access to Bautech is provided only to authorized users
• Certain features or modules may require a paid subscription
• Access is enabled only after successful payment confirmation, where applicable

Details regarding pricing, billing cycles, and plans are communicated within the Platform at the time of purchase.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
• All activities performed under their account
• Ensuring data entered into the Platform is accurate to the best of their knowledge

Usage Restrictions

Users shall not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
• Disrupt or interfere with system operations
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the software
• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Bautech, including software, branding, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Navicon Infraprojects Private Limited.

Limitation of Liability

Bautech is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

Suspension & Termination

Access to the Platform may be suspended or terminated in case of:

• Non-payment, where applicable
• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse or unauthorized activity

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
