Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Users may cancel their subscription or access plan at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Future billing will be stopped
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, where applicable

Refund Policy

  • Payments made for access to Bautech services are non-refundable once access is enabled
  • No refunds are provided for partial usage or unused access periods

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified technical failure during payment processing

Such cases are subject to internal review and approval.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
